Applications for the Nice Program, including letters of good standing for students at schools other than Thomas Jefferson School of Law, are due no later than April 16, 2010. Tuition for the Nice Program is $2,950 for up to four credits, regardless of the number of credits taken. The tuition includes a non-refundable $250 registration fee that is payable upon submission of the application form and no later than March 19, 2010.* The remaining $2,700 is payable on or before April 16, 2010. Any applicant not meeting this deadline may be dropped from the program. Items not included in tuition are books, medical insurance, room and board, and transportation.
All students participating in the Nice Program must purchase their own books. A book list and information about ordering books will be available in May. You must bring these books with you to Nice. Additional photocopied course materials may be distributed in Nice.

In view of the financing of education in Europe, tuition fees for students from European Union countries have been adjusted to $2,000 for two courses or the equivalent of four credits.
